The player is now set to "inactive" meaning - Crikey and this other race are still friends - he can still gate into his planets if he wants. (assuming he has a gate.. Smirk

I was just speaking in general. Obviously if that player is simply inactive then there wouldn't (and couldn't) be any changes to diplomatic ralations (or anything for that matter).
