My reasons for picking JOAT in RWIAB is simple, the 33% increase on pop, the higher GR compared to the others, and the innate pen scan ability, which I used greatly. I see nothing wrong with JOAT as being a -f race, and in a -f game (I.E RWIAB) JOAT prolly could be one of the best but a -f WM is a dangerous race to be next to. Confused
