We interrupt the usual programs to broadcast this news report from the UAF's central command:

Citizens of the UAF! In the past few years we detected a growing amount of messages arriving from outer space, those messages turn out to be alien broadcasts from their own planets. This led our top scientists into two amazing discoveries:
1) There are lots of aliens out there.
2) They can listen to our communications.

Although we usually try to broadcast our messages as weak as we can, so others won't be able to intercept our messages, as our empire grow in the galaxy we are forces to broadcast with higher frequencies and more power, possibly allowing the aliens to listen to us. Therefore, our scientists developed a special coding system that should allow no one but our race to understand what is said.

We would start broadcasting with this new system now, should you not understand what is said, contact your local law enforcement office, and the problem would be solved.
