Good People everywhere,

Be not alarmed. The Council of the Makers does not tolerate fools like General Ribolo. He has been formally declared renegade and when he is caught.. will be intensely rehabilitated into a producive unit of society. We can assure you all that no warships are unaccounted for and all colonies are happy under Council rule. Ribolo is seriously deranged but more likely a danger to himself than anyone else. The Council has no record of any Admiral of the Sprectres if they indeed exist. There is no war! We urge everyone excited by Ribolo's illegal communication to take a deep calming breath and try loving your all your neighbors (with the notable exeption of your neighbors wife) Wink
