energy 5, others 7. So I will stick around for 3 turns (I can further terraform your planet by 5 clicks) before heading to nifilhelm and on deeper into Angst space.
I also have TT but bio expensive. My advantage over you is I have fuel transports so OAs linked with them can move at warp 8 or 9 most of the time.
I guess we will have to decide who goes for the high bio levels - you have another tech cheap dont you (apart from Energy).
I guess this should be posted on the research post.
