That is what I was thinking! Very Happy

Now, of course, if we have any lawyers playing the game they will find ways to get around any rules and come up with all sorts of special cases that make this very confusing Wink

. I am hoping that if we can come up with a set of simple rules that people can understand, that we can rely on the honesty of the players involved to not be using the Split Fleet Dodge as a bug but rather a tactic. If any disputes arise because of split fleet dodge please report them to me and I will get someone respectable from the forums to assist in making a judgement (hopefully it will never get to this and we can work things out in the game).
