The Romans have every right to remove the Bug infestation from their part of this galaxy. The VisiGoths support Rome in this noble effort to reclaim their stolen territory. What other races have suffered so much at the hands of the Bugs? The Bugs must be destroyed because they dare to defend their territory?

A large number of these defensive minefields are clearly within Fide/VisiGoth territory. They are everywhere near our planets, between our planets, and around our planets. The only way to stay out of the minefields is to never leave one's planet.
The Fides/VisiGoths are only bringing in minesweepers to deal with the large number of these fields. We have no large fleets capable of destroying or capturing planets on the Knight/Bug borders.

And how did you come up with this outrageous number? I suspect that you had the assistance of the Knights and their 97% cloaked galleons with 2 dolphin pen scanners. These spies are all over the galaxy spying on each race. Now we get into the old question of who is in first place. The Fides have authorized me to say that they are willing to have their files submitted to an outside independent observer who can confirm that the Fides are NOT #1. The VisiGoths are also willing to do the same.
