We have never tried to do anything with the Knights except get safe passage between our worlds. Once or twice a minelayer of the Knights moved in too close to our worlds, Shocked

well on our side of any line halfway between our worlds. When that happened we targeted the minelayer. Evil or Very Mad

However, many many of our ships have been destroyed by the Knights. Evil or Very Mad

They come into our areas and blow us up. Shocked

Safe passage is all we desired. Our poor colonists can never know when a terrorist bombing will occur. Sad

So, we had to trim minefields so that we might get through. But the Fides must admit that we are not as experienced as the Knights. Sad

They know our every move and have been very successful in laying minefields where we thought we would be safe. Our enemies, the Chyortoids, were our concern, not the Knights. Safe passage was not too much to ask. They act as aggressors without provocation. Evil or Very Mad

When we tried to speak to them they shun our attempts. Evil or Very Mad

We were targeting Chyort fleets in the year 2433 and asked for neutrality from the Knights. Since that time they have not been neutral. That is over thirty years of harassment from them. We still would just want what every peace loving hard working people want. To go about our own business without random harm from a terrorist homicide bombers. Peace and hard work to all of the races of the galaxy. Razz
