The only planets I have assaulted are Citadel/Pilgrim ones. Since they were assaulted because of your Evil or Very Mad aggression, your terms are NOT acceptable Thumbs Down . Rewarding the aggressor by giving back territory he has stolen Shame , when it has been reclaimed through the blood and treasure of our oppressed peoples Nod , would not be a good strategy to follow.
