Problem with Netscape and Stars! files

I know this problem has been discussed before...

When Netscape is sending out small files (like small .X and .H files) it does not treat them as binaries, and corrupts them.

The answer is to get Netscape to know that all .X and .H files should be sent as Binary.

Does anyone know how to actually do this? I am running Windows NT...
