A news report from the front of the War for the Southern Cluster. 
VisiGoth scout ships this year penetrated deep into Citadel territory to try to discover what the very quiet  ones were doing. Much to our  we found that very little of anything was being done. In fact their HW ONLY has one lousy DD for defense. The Citadels aren't even building minimal defenses for their HW.
At several other major planets we were able to scan, the same was true, no defensive ships whatsoever.
What is going on you ask

Reports are that the Citadels  , in league with the notorious Pilgrims are heavily engaged in research. 
The lies about the Citadel M file being large because they were doing so much is all a bunch of hooey, crap, lies, untruths, deceptions, etc.
For the good of your races, please be careful, and do NOT listen to the  Pilgrim Misinformation Minister. Facts on the ground speak much louder than the PMM's words.
