Remapping problem

Not sure where to start as the game is in progress.(dd6)

Anyway it's in a remapped universe and we're in the mid 2440's and I have a fleet targeting other fleet, the distance about 75lys.

Here's the message I got.

Fleet #9's waypoint, Enemy Fleet #2, appears to have been destroyed or has disappeared. Orders have been changed to go to the last know location of the fleet."

Now that's to be expected but, The "last know location" waypoint is 27,809lys from my ships starting position and they moved 81lys in that direction.

So somethings still not right in the mapping tool.
