Hi ,
first we will wait if their are players interested in such a challenge. Then I will come with the rules.
But the same seed is only fair if you play the same race.
So the universe setting will given to all.
Also prescan will be allowed as you could not check it.
And of course there have to be backups from turn 2400 until the end to be checked if you are one of the first 3 persons.( so you are in the rules)
