Is downloading and using one of the listed keys from starsfaq site bad? Because I did that. Now if I did anything wrong how can I pay you guys?

I don't get why some say I have to pay when the keys are listed. Shouldn't they be removed? Can someone help me? I want to clear this up before I post anything else
