Ah, ATSR1 and Simple are the same game.
Complaining about on-going games does lead to some complications, as you can't explain what's going on without revealing information.. and its even more complicated when you are playing in no-comm games.
I would suggest either bringing in one of the other known/sane regulars here and talk it out via email/messages (off the public board) or agreeing with the host if he's a non-playing party.
I do have to point out that if you would ask me for an outside opinion, I would defer to the host's judgement as he would have a more extensive picture of what's going on. I speak from experience, as I'm currently hosting ATSR2.
