In fact, it was affected.
2 races are still alive - while they both should be dead if someone could play HE more actively, and concentrate on war that was declared by thouse races on that HE race. To put this short - Sea Dragons played very poorly, and should be erased by HE. Phalanxes made their diplomacy poorly, and get in war from 2 sides - inactivity of HE helped them survive. Despite that, game was balancing itself - i was able to make some succesfull war on Phalanxes - despite EoF being much more experienced. Now, Nmid handling Shofixti race from 2-3 gens was able to finish war with Phalanxes and support them....but no body mentioned that his race should attack them much sooner, and much earlier - and we both(me and magic) could probably finish them off from both sides - before arrival of Nmid. Forwarding questions, that there was no plans of advance in Phalanx area - when magic was active i saw fleet movements and real pressure in east Phalanx border. After he drop out - pressure was none.
Right now, that new situation pissing me off, but i`ll try to play under new conditions - despite i`m feeling robbed off from my desserved victory over better player, not mentioning wasting my 2-3 months of good play and careful planning and mm. Knowing, that magic is absent i could propose ceasefire to Phalanxes(as they didnt profit from war and taken only losses) - they having knowledge about mmagic absence could profit from expand in Shofixti land more easilly - and repair their situation. Keeping magic inactivity in secret was clear profit to XAPBob - he knew, that if Phalanxes attack Shofixti, he will be forced to fight against unfinished WM, and Eddie`s Loraxoids.

I`m not complaining - only explaining that inactivity of one player ALWAYS affecting game balance - either allowing enemy to expand at the expence of inactive player, or enabling other players to profit from have no agressive enemy at his borders(in this case absudrly situation, as both Phalanxes and Sea Dragons declared war on Shofixti, and also cooperated against Shofixti - so it was natural move that Shofixti should expand into them, and build some warfleet to fight against them) - thats why replacement, even by beginner player is always better than handling 2 races and doing only one race job, and being totally inactive in the second.

I withdrawed my compliant and concerns from host - from my side case is closed and we should play this as it is - replacement is valid, Nmid appearance is valid, handling Shofixtis by XAPBob is valid - since there are no rules that simply clarify that - as long as host approved it, it is legal. As my post explained, how the game was affected, it not questioning validation of this replacement - i`m forced to admit my mistake, and apologise for nastiness from my side, if someone feel offended, i`m sorry. But i hope that my post explain my behaviour and few nasty post to other players involved, and maybe show other players - that replacements should always be made as fast as possible - it is also suggestion to any host, that keeping the game in balance should be always more important than hiding some "secret" data that was important to only 2 players.

Can we play this on? I`m still interested in seeing, how this mees will end.
