Source Forge Update

Due to a Source Forge update the Stars! Nova project has been updated and this may have changed a few things. For now the only important change I can see is that the Subversion repository is in a new location: http://svn.code.sf.net/p/stars-nova/svn/trunk. For now the old location still seems to work too, but I suspect it is just a backup and will not be maintained. I have updated the link from the developer primer wiki page and I am about to update the link from the HWF Development forum sticky. Using the navigation bar from the sourceforge project page automatically directs you to the new repository.
