No post notifications ?

I am not receiving post notifications, does anyone else have that problem ?

I have changed to a new PC since I last received a post notification, but I have received plenty of other e-mails on that e-mail account, and my spam filter doesn't delete e-mails detected as spam, it only moves them to the junk folder - And the notification e-mails are not in the junk folder, I checked that.
