One World Wonder race (sometimes also 1WW)
The race that has no intention to colonize anything outside it's HW, so it's hab is the smallest possible and fully shifted to a side (usually right). Usually it takes OBRM, in tiny universe also NAS (easy suicide scouting) and NO IFE (no need to expand quickly).

Gained RW points are spent on pop growth (20% or 19%), HP settings of factories (15/7-9/21-25), mines (10-15/3/20-25) and on cheap tech (weap, con mandatory cheap and energy recommended).

With these settings you can go on rampage with bazooka DDs at about year 15 and you can achieve your first kill well before turn 25. The drawback is OWW works good only when the number of planets per player is low and there isn't too many planets altogether, as races with more planets will just get a bigger econ and overrun you.
