Starting rework of the race badges

I'm going for a snappier look than the crude and autistic-looking badges that I made for you guys years back before I knew anything at all about doing graphic design. I'm still bad, but not as bad!
The new ones will be in proper png format with transparencies, and all done by hand (err, laptop touchpad) instead of stealing and mangling any kind of stock material except for pattern fills.

Oh oh oh! What about planet art? Are you planning on using some for Nova?
