Multi-year Base upgradation when existing base dies in between.
What happens to the resources of the incomplete base?
I'm sorry I'm being a bit lazy, but 6 searches didn't find it on SAH.. I'm sure I'm missing out a simple enough search term.
Anyways:
Option A
All the resources in the incomplete base construction go down to 0.
Option B
It stays partially completed, so if you have a full base and build another one (similar to this one) to 99% and the original base dies in a battle, the incomplete base has 1 resource to complete.
I know my minefields.. but I'm a chaff sweeper.
