To redo the question.

Year 1 (year 2430), I have SB on planet.

Year 2, (2431) I add a SB to queue that cost 2000 resources more then the old SB, two years to complete.

Year 3, (2432) New SB is 50% complete during production and in the battle the old SB is destroyed. Since Production happens before battle.

The Question: What is in the production Queue? Nothing or a 50% completed SB.

I don't know, I'll have to testbed it sometime.
