I recall Micha (who I miss, come back Micha!) telling me how easily ccmaster beat him in a game where he used his (in)famous bi-immune -f HE. I've only played against it in an informal duel but I'm betting that, if you can't hold against that race until at least 2460/70, you would be an early casualty.
The problem with using it in a standard PBEM is that it loses it's power later in the game so is unlikely to win in a larger game.
