The FleetIntel change is done. Client now uses Reports and full objects properly.

StarMap draws only based on reports. Summary panel reads reports only (with a single exception for owned stars: it retrieves on surface minerals for display) and Detail panel uses owned collections only.

I reworked the selection notification events so that the summary and detail panels are notified independently instead of together per star and per fleet. This has a small consequence that can be reworked but that's closer to Stars: When only the summary is changed (select a neutral star while having an owned object selected for example) the detail panel remains active with the owned object there, instead of disabling itself.

Two minor bugs worth mentioning: When adding waypoints the waypoint list does not refresh, couldn't make this work (raised a bug for this) and when more than 4 things are close to each other, the starmap context menu gets disorganized.

There is also a crash when fleets are destroyed as they don't seem to be removed which I'll look into next.
