Neil, Shroom has it right.

As a SS, I planet hop as much as I can + I change the starting scout designs / weight combos.

However any reasonably alert and experienced player can identify me by a radar range check.
It might take him a few years to track me + keep me in radar range + to recheck, but the SS race is a tough race trait to keep hidden.

Btw, shroom, I just realised how old this thread is.
The fact that neil replied was good enough Very Happy

I know my minefields.. but I'm a chaff sweeper.
I used to curse when I got stuck in traffic... till I realised I AM traffic.
