I found two errors in the Habitability and Race Econ Calculator, relating to starting techs and to the handling of the "All cost +75% fields start at..." option. I have corrected those errors and uploaded the new version (now version 1.0.40).

If you have downloaded the Habitability and Race Econ Calculator for offline use, then you should update your copy to the new corrected version.
