Greetings All,

To make things simple I will lay out the rules in one big statement:

For the first game all players must design a race that must have leftover points left over acording to the following:
AR 50
SS/PP 100
WM/HE 125
SD 137
IT/IS 150
JOAT 175
CA 200

These points will be verified by me, the host. There is going to be a plan for 16 players (hopefully) in the game. Host will NOT be playing (though would REALLY like to Very Happy ). RPing is a must for those who are in the game. I would like all race files to include a race description to be posted on the Web page once the game has started. The Race description can be as follows:
Quote:

Name:
Appearance:

Culture:

Racial Goals:

Type of Government:
Head of State:
Other Individuals:

Of course this can be leaniant, as a monsterous horde doesn't have a government but a mass of blood thirsty monsters bent on war. In that case, one could say their Racial goals is to devour everything and everything.

That out of the way, the first game is up for grabs as far as specs go. For those interested in a nice long game, The 33 planets a player with Slow tech and Handicaps will be enabled. Future games players have the option of having pre-aranged alliances, and I will be using seeds so players who are in the same alliance may be _somewhat_ close to each other.

Through-out the game players will have the option of changing their PRT or declaring a secondary player (if there is enough room for players) as an underling to command and control... though it will have a mind of its own. To make the players job easy I will more than likely just award points to players who are highly into RPing, players who are doing extremely well, and players who stick with the game even though they are not doing very well.

As the game progresses, each new galaxy will have an extra "bonus" to speed the game along. This all depends on how the first game works out, so I will get into this after the game has been posted and is ready for launch.

Until then the only thing players have to worry about is setting up a race that they would like to improve over a number of games. The game will always be open for new players, though players who have been in the game previously have priority. There will be no more than two games going at once per host, so I will be taking "applications" for hosts Very Happy

If I have not made everything clear enough let me know and I will go into more detail of what I plan to do.

Thanks and best wishes,
Stalwart
