Greetings all,

Now to answer some questions:
Coyote: Thanks for your interest. I have added you player #1 if I ever get this game going Very Happy Just to let you know I have been testbedding the conditions of the game I posted earlier and I have desided that I will stick with a Medium Galaxy rather than small, though the density will determine how agressive players may want to be. 1st game ought to be a rough house game then a little more relaxed as the storyline progresses (kinda like the big bang! Laughing )

BlueTurbit: You have no IDEA how many people ask me if I ever wanted to get into writing novels. At the moment, no. I have much more fun giving headakes to those who don't like to read, but also type intensly extravagant storylines and game ideas for those who get past the scrolling and headake! Laughing

Jeffmix: Well Jeffmix, if it seems to complex, come up with a race that you want to just stick with for the rest of the storyline. Have that race very absent minded and bent on war with minimal diplomacy or thinking. That way, all you have to worry about is causing havoc and disruption across the cosmos. Still heavy roleplaying but in an extreme form of it. After the first game I plan on being a mindless Tech Monger whos only goal is to expand and gain as much power and tech as possilbe! Just for fun. Best econ to do that is to play a -f race in any game you play, that is if you wish to play in any of my games.

As far as the AR. AR is a unique style of race and I would sugest using that PRT later on in the storyline. Though if you wish to play AR I would suggest you stick with the AR but rather than changing your PRT obtain "underling" races that must play as your ally for the first 50 years of the game and afterwords can decide if they wish to rebel or not. Of course if you wish to change your PRT go with a -f race design. Keep in mind that you can only go one LRT at a time, for example you can't go from ARM to OBRM in one "evolution" but rather go from ARM, then Basic RM (No boxes Checked) and then OBRM. So if you plan on Changing your PRT, keep your AR with only basic Remote miners and have cheap electronics tech to get those better remote miners early. Then when you change your PRT go with only basic remote mining and better factories. Also if you expand, AR don't have to take the low starting pop anytime they expand, as they are energy based life forms and merely have to instaniously teleport to their destination. Personally I would like to play AR soon and try to give it my piece of mind strategy wise. Since they are a unique style of race they will be treated as such. Thank you for bring that up though, I will work on a seperate style of expansion rules for this PRT now that I know of the problem.

As far as the story line goes there will be no more than 3 games playing at a time, if not two. There is an exception, for example if there ends up being a Host's Circle, each host would be responsible for holding different games. Some hosts would maybey prefer hosting RPG style games based on tiny galaxies or star clusters, while others maybey into Huge Maps and Long games with Galaxy Clumping and AccBBS Play.

As far as having ten games at once, I said I have a lot of free time, but not that much! Very Happy If players wish to join in a LOT of games, the time it will take for each gen will be the # of games present (that has the majority of players playing in each one simultaniously) and multiply by the following time Table:
For reference: M=Monday, T=Tuesday, W=Wednsday, U=Thursday, F=Friday (Weekends are not included porposely).
2400-2439: m/t/w/u/f (Eg. 1 a day)
2440-2469: m/w/f (Eg. 1 every 2 days)
2470-end: m/u (Eg. 1 every 3 days)

So to explain: If there where 2 games present and we all were in the 2nd "phase" (years 2440-2469) of the game, turns would be moved to the next level, every monday and thursday. If we where on the very last "phase" of the game then the game would only gen once a week. Keep in mind that if all players had turned in their turns the game would gen a
