SS efficient Overcloaking

hi you out there...

i wonder what the best ship for SS overcloaking is...

i think it is a nubian, which has to be heavy to overcloak,
and has many ultra-cloaks in it...

so what is the best ratio of armor/ultras?

is there some way to make it better?
crobnium seems to have the best weigh/cost ratio...

and there are 12*3 slots in a nubian, so how many
crobnium and how many ultras is the best???

did someone try this, so i dont need to set up a testbed
(sooo lazy)... or is it possible to calculate it???
