According to my records, we have seen a lot of submission very close to the deadline over time, including some submission within a few minutes of the deadline.

I did upload a new turn file a few minutes ago, but that was minor optimizations, I first uploaded my turn several days ago.

I do not know why others are submitting that close to the deadline, but I do know I do not need to submit that close to the deadline.
