Both indict you, as while obviously for me to win you would have to be neutralised at some point, the same can be said of your relations with the Sofians, and I don't see you preemptively attacking them. And there was exactly zero indication of me having any designs on you. Your preemptive strike can be compared to that of the Starways Congress in Xenocide.

Like I said though, I have no problem with being at war with you, especially not in such favourable circumstances as I now enjoy.
