After 100 tuns or when an alliance that has been announced for 10 turns that has 200% over players remaining.

If no alliance dominates there will only be a singular winner at turn 100.

Because of this i think it would be smart to ban cheeseball races like JOAT, CA, HE 3i

This will be up for poll when everybody joins. ABSOLUTELY NO CA TT.

I don't know anything about handicaps but if you've played alot and this is my first game... you should have one

There will be a poll about this also.

I will be playing and ron will host it after creation.
