Lacking tech? But with the ability to build 220 pintas, it shouldn't had been a problem to reach weap-8.

It is an ally game (LSD). My HE ally could use the Fac/Mine intact. I have gone to using Packets instead of Pintas, they work just as well. There is no lack of ammo, just a lack of transports to get the minerals to the MDs
