General concensus is that it is not worth the extra ship slot.
Also it only returns variable to their original state (an OA can make a world red even if it was originally green - with high enough TT).

Has a possibilty with teams - get "one turn kills".
Lower player number has the Retro bombs.
Planet turns red.
Higher number uses proper bombs.
Planet dies.

Only works on planets that were originally red/yellow for your enemy.
Again general view is better to use LBU (low player) and Cherry (high player)
Or settle for 2 turn kills using OAs.

Also OAs are good because after they have made the world red for you enemy they can make it green for your ally (obivously if it is for you then it makes no odds as you auto terraform anyway).
