Armed ships - battle orders

From battle tests I have done recently result that "armed ships" in the meaning of battle orders are not only armed ships but also starbase. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I cannot set orders so that my ships attack only enemy warships. I tried many combinations of battle orders, every time after elimination of enemy fleet my ships attacked starbase as well. My intension was to give orders to destroy enemy fleet staying out of the range of enemy starbase.

After 5 hours of tests I gave up Laughing
