Well, you can start by reading most threads in this very Forum. Sherlock

Then go to the "Must Know" Forum. It's mercifully short. Twisted Evil

Then gobble up the Academy. Not everything there relates to the guts of the game, but a lot of threads do. Whip

Then you'll only be left with the PRT-specific Forums and good ole rec.games.computer.stars, where some gems about algorithms can still be found.

IIRC, the Starsfaq still exists in some form, somewhere. Rolling Eyes

Then there's Gible's Wiki...
