HP resource targets

Wondering what a decent 2450 resource target is for a non-CA HP. Haven't tested many HPs (like 2 and both were econ races) but is 30K-35K ok when it tends to be -f and HG have quite a bit more econ at that point (in tests Razz

)? Also, what is an *OK* year to hit 100K? 2460? 2470? 2480?
