Weap20 would make it a bit easier, weap22 is overkill and waiting for nubs would show the VA might be good empire/econ builders but are tactical/strategical idiots if you don't mind me saying that. ;-)"

Maybe, just maybe they'll go with weap20 BBs ... they should have at least that weap level traded by now ...
