 (Based on the 2459 Spoo map with borders, I checked, no major changes in the area of interest AFAICT)

I inserted places where Gaim and Llort intent to colonize soon with dots of the appropriate color and year of intended colonization for Gaim.

At the moment I donīt want to talk to the Vorlon alliance about Knife, they wonīt accept me getting it as itīd be great for the Ipsha I think. So I really have no good idea on how to run the border, especially with regards to handling Drakh worlds. Any suggestions?
