Run a testbed as CA and set other players to friendly relations. If you are over their planets, you SEE their whole hab range Shocked

just like you see your own over your or uninhabited planets. It is just a bit difficult and time-consuming to get the exact values from that visual representation. I was hoping for a way to make that easier.
