You can't get the 12hr turn over on weekends that you want...but this might work for you..

0000 mon
1600 tues
nogen wed
0800 thur
2400 fri
1600 sat
0800 sun

This give a turnover of 40hrs during the week (3 turns) and 16hrs of weekends (3 turns)
