May I request an explanation why I am recieving different treatment to all the previous Armistice violators?

1) Ancients got a reduced penalty because the harm done was minor.

2) Scandics were given no penalty, because...? All I know is they admitted to building armed ships for combat... There rest was all discussed behind closed doors.

So now I am the first race to get the maxiumum ascribed penalty. Sad For a clear accident, where I can easily reverse the damage done.

Sorry if this sounds hostile at all, it's really not intended that way. I knew the rules when I signed up for the game. I just wish that the rules had been imposed as literally for others also, so I wouldn't be able to feel let down by anyone other than myself.
