I don't quite get this. Confused

You mean that if someone else has forgotten to adjust his default orders and my hapless unarmed scout wanders into their armed killers *I* get the penalty instead of them? Shocked

Oh, wait. I'll get the penalty because my unarmed scout *attacked* their starbase. Razz Evil or Very Mad

I just hope it is none of my pop transports that's targeted as "bait". Embarassed
