hasnt changed a thing for me, i run at 1600x1280 and no formatting has changed at all on my 21" monitor, so to me this is a small picture compared to what you see on your dinosaur of a computer

Good. I am happy for you. Smile
But the problem was that it affected other computers. And this is a forum that includes many users with many different computer configurations, is it not?
So the general idea is to keep it comfortable for most users by not introducing unnecessary elements. I am sure many users also use telephone connections thereby an additional problem with excess use of graphics as was discussed on this forum a long time ago with respect to the use of avatars and such.
I love graphics. Ron can vouch for that. Very Happy But at this time they are not wanted on this forum. Glad when they are gone and the forum is back to normal. Smile

BTW comments like "WTF, BIN IT, get another graphics card, try glasses", "dinosaur of a computer" and teaching me how to use explorer are not good points to win your argument and are more likely to work against you than for you in this forum. But I could be wrong. Smile
