Special rules:
Entropy has set in around this universe. Energy is at a premium. As such, no vessel can mount beam weapons or shields of any kind (this includes Croby Sharmor but not Fielded Kelarium). Only orbital installations have access to sufficient power reserves to mount beam weaponry and shields. Torpedoes, Missiles, Bombs, and Armor are unaffected.
MT toys may be used if acquired
Players will be required to scrap any starting vessels that have beam weaponry or shields with their 2400 orders. A non-playing third party (seeking volunteers for this) will hold passwords and occasionally check to make sure all ship designs are legal.
