Get rid of some ranks?

Remove Cadet ranks?[ 22 votes ]
1.	Yes, remove all Cadet ranks	3 / 14%
2.	No, keep ranks as they are now	8 / 36%
3.	I don't care either way	11 / 50%

Some users don't like the fact that they get up to Chief Warrent Office lvl3, then the next ranks are Cadet Year 1-4 before reaching rank of Ensign.

Should I remove all Cadet ranks and just go straight from CWO III to Ensign? If yes, the number of rank points required to reach Ensign would not be reduced and all current Cadets would be 'demoted' to CWO III until they get enough rank points to reach the rank of Ensign.
