It looks like the question has been settled.. but just to add my highly opinionated my 2 cents

I think That thw fact that you have to "suffer" through the 4 cadet ranks will have a more motivating effect.. either that or the guy ups and leaves at Warrent Officer 3 for a few moths *cough* Embarassed

Still, once I hit Cadet, I'll try and move through as fast as I can.. even IF that means actually adding content to my posts Rolling Eyes
