Playing two races - is it cheating?

Playing two races - is it cheating?[ 35 votes ]
1.	Playing two races is always cheating!	2 / 6%
2.	Playing two races is only okay as a temporary fill in.	19 / 54%
3.	Playing two races is fine providing everyone knows about it.	14 / 40%
4.	Playing two races is okay under any circumstance.	0 / 0%
5.	I often play two races and no one has caught me yet!!!	0 / 0%

There's a situation in a current game whereby one race is dropping out and another race within that game is maybe taking over, thereby playing two races.

Now I want to be clear that this isn't a temporary situation where he's just filling in for a friend/ally. The race concerned has been offered permanent ownership of the second race.

Do people think this is cheating as an absolute or might there be room for compromise given that the game has already started and we would all know whom is playing what race?

Rather than just checking the box I'd also like to hear peoples opinions on this.
