Drakh Curbing Earth Research
The President of Earth wishes to lodge the strongest protest possible against the impending Drakh attack on our defenseless, civilian colony of Redmond. The research team there is non-military in nature, and is in fact using native flora to develop vaccines for a sector-wide outbreak of Rigellian smallpox. This attack will put thousands of innocent civilians at risk.
We sincerely hope that one of the more advanced races present in the galaxy will be able to intercede on our behalf.
