A seedy looking guys sits close at your small table. His outward appearence is non-descript, which in this part of of the station means a worn out jumper and maybe an old unit/station patch. His says Babylon 1.

"I can get you the ships you want," he says after scanning the room, "my contacts in Jane's publications say they received word of a massive shipment of fighters to any who ask... here are the specs..."
A data sheet appears on the table.

"Gift Horse"
Destroyer with disrupter, warp-10 engine, Battle
nexus, Valalium armor, and Gorilla shields. Rumer
has at that the Shadows are handing them out to all who
ask!
